PHILOSOPHY
Each person/patient is a different individual with particular needs. They need to be treated with compassion and empathy. Listening and patience are key components to patient care. Through my many years of patient care, I have learned that learning one personal thing about each and every patient puts the patient at ease. “Live life when you have it. Life is a splendid gift – there is nothing small about it.” Florence Nightingale.
