Katrina Christianson, RDN, LDN
Katrina Christianson combines her scientific expertise with creative insight, holding a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with an emphasis in Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay, along with a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. Her unique educational background allows her to approach nutrition counseling with both analytical precision and artistic sensitivity. She is passionate about helping clients develop positive, sustainable relationships with food that support their overall well-being.
Katrina’s specialized experience working with eating disorder patients has profoundly shaped her whole-health philosophy, leading her to address mental health, wellness behaviors, sleep patterns, stress management, and exercise as integral components of nutritional healing. She believes that optimal health requires addressing both the mind and gut connection, recognizing that each person’s path to wellness is unique. Her collaborative approach involves working closely with patients to create individualized health plans that honor their personal goals and circumstances.
Outside of her professional practice, Katrina enjoys expressing her creativity through cooking nutritious meals, baking, and playing piano, often spending quality time with her family. She maintains an active lifestyle through regular running sessions and finds artistic expression through sketching. These personal interests reflect her belief that wellness encompasses finding joy and balance in daily activities, demonstrating the integrated approach to health that she encourages in her clients.
