Kate is a recent graduate of the University of Arizona, where she discovered her interest in physiology. Volunteering at a homeless clinic, she realized her enthusiasm for patient interaction and working in a team. Now, she aspires to attend Physician Assistant schooling.
Kate resides in Wadsworth, Illinois where she strives to live a life of balance. This includes her training to run a half marathon, walking her Irish Setter on the lakefront, and picking fresh herbs to try out new plant-based recipes, as her motto is “Green is good!” Additionally, she likes film, live music, and finding new neighborhoods and restaurants in the city.
