Veronica a native of St Paul, Minnesota where she attended the University of Minnesota, Duluth majoring in psychology with a minor in education. While attending UMD, she met her husband and relocated to Illinois. Since being in Illinois she has become a seasoned healthcare professional with over 10 years experience working in claims and benefits verifications.
After experiencing several people in her family being diagnosed with cancer, Veronica developed a passion for proper healthcare and education. She regards benefits as vital to your health and works to ensure that individuals receive the best healthcare coverage possible.
Veronica and her husband live in Zion and are the proud parents of 3 young adults, three grandsons, two of which, are recently born identical twins. In her spare time, Veronica enjoys singing, music genres, reading, biking and engaging in youth justice issues, as a community organizer. Veronica has also been cited as a National Spokesperson for Campaign for Youth Justice, Washington, DC and holds a current status as a board member for the well known, Juvenile Justice Initiative (JJI) organization of Evanston, Illinois.
