NOTE: Services provided by our dietitians MAY BE COVERED BY YOUR INSURANCE. Every insurance plan is different. If you need assistance in helping to determine the coverage you have, please contact us and we would be happy to help with the process. In addition, flexible spending and health saving accounts may also be utilized to lessen your financial responsibility. We would be happy to provide documentation for you to submit to those programs for reimbursement.

NOTE: Behavioral Health Specialists of CGH is in-network with most BlueCross BlueShield plans and services provided by our clinical psychologist and behavioral counselor MAY be covered. All other insurance plans will be considered OUT OF NETWORK. Our staff will be available to answer questions regarding how to submit claims for reimbursement to your insurance provider.

Anesthesia and pathology fees will be billed separately. Since we are different organizations, sometimes our fees are processed differently.
