Check out this interview on the goop website with the fascinating and talented gastroenterologist and pioneering researcher from UCLA, Emeran Mayer, M.D.. I read his excellent book, Mind-Gut Connection, and saw him speak on the topic through Family Action Network at New Trier about a year ago. I sincerely can not wait to learn more about what his research discovers!
