Eating Healthy Doesn’t Have to be Boring

Check out my typical afternoon snack! Included is ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt (I love the extra tang of Greek yogurt!), 1/3 cup blueberries and 1/3 cup Kashi GO LEAN Cinnamon Crisp. I find it helpful to measure and weigh my food to meet goals for fiber and macronutrient (protein, fats, carbohydrates) intake. This snack has approximately 6 grams of fiber, 16 grams of protein, 2 grams of fat, and 27 grams of carbohydrate. The best part is how full and SATISFIED I feel until dinner.
